The status quo

Every copy-paste is a small invoice you never see.

Every time an employee re-keys a purchase order or updates a stock count across three different systems, you bleed money. Worse, when they inevitably make a mistake, it costs you a client.

Today The human integration layer

  • Orders arrive in Shopify, get typed into the ERP, then into a spreadsheet. Three chances to get it wrong.
  • Stock levels are right in exactly one system at any given time. Nobody is sure which.
  • Invoices sit in an inbox until someone remembers. Suppliers chase. Early-payment discounts evaporate.
  • Your best ops person spends Friday afternoons building the same report by hand.
  • When they go on holiday, the process stops.

After Systems that talk to each other

  • An order lands once. Every downstream system updates within seconds, with the same number everywhere.
  • Stock is synced across store, warehouse and accounting on a schedule you choose. Discrepancies raise a flag, not a fire.
  • Invoices are read, matched to the PO and posted. A human only sees the exceptions.
  • The Friday report builds itself at 7am and lands in the right inbox.
  • The process keeps running whether anyone is in the building or not.

The done-for-you fix

One engineer. Your existing tools. Working together by the end of the month.

No platform to buy, no team to retrain, no twelve-week discovery phase. I scope the highest-value workflow, build it, monitor it and hand it over.

Seamless integration

I bridge your legacy ERP, accounting software, e-commerce store and spreadsheets without ripping anything out. Your team keeps the tools they know. The data just stops needing a courier.

Zero learning curve

Automation that lives in a terminal is automation nobody trusts. You get a plain dashboard your team actually opens: what ran, what failed, what needs a human. Alerts land in email or Teams.

FAQ

Questions owners ask before booking

What does a Workflow Audit actually involve?

A 45-minute call where you walk me through the process that hurts most. I map every hand-off, count the hours, and send a written plan within 48 hours: which systems to connect, in what order, and a fixed price. No slides, no pitch deck.

We run old software with no API. Can you still automate it?

Almost always. I work with legacy ERPs, on-prem SQL databases, CSV exports, email-based workflows and systems that only speak SFTP. Where there is no API I build a safe bridge around what exists rather than forcing a migration.

Which tools do you use?

Whatever your stack already pays for. Microsoft Power Automate and SharePoint for Office 365 shops, Make or n8n for mixed stacks, and custom Node/Python services when reliability matters more than drag-and-drop. You own everything I build.

Why flat fee instead of hourly?

Because hourly billing rewards slow work. You get a scope, a price and a delivery date up front. If it takes me longer, that is my problem, not your invoice.

What happens when something breaks at 2am?

Every automation ships with monitoring, retry logic and an alert that tells a human exactly what failed and what to do. Fixes are included for 30 to 90 days after launch, and an optional care plan after that.

How fast can we start?

Audits are usually booked within a week. A single-workflow automation goes live within one to two weeks of kickoff.
